GLADYS LEE DACHI (Age 73) Of Woodbridge, VA was born June 21st, 1945 and then born into eternal life on April 16th, 2019. Lee was preceded by her beloved husband Stephen F. Dachi of Woodbridge, VA; precious, loving, thoughtful mother Gladys Irwin Weyn Taylor; and loving father Theodore Weyn, Heiskell, TN; dear aunt Maude Hale, Heiskell, TN; grandfather Staley Irwin Heiskell, TN; a grandmother Cynthia Stanfill Ballard Irwin. Lee leaves to cherish her memories a devoted son Theodore Godfrey and wife Leigh Ann Godfrey, Bunker Hill, W.V.; loving daughter Montana (Rebecca) Woodard, Moss Point, MS; grandson Matthew Godfrey and wife Lea Godfrey, Wailuku, HI; grandson David Hummel, Great Falls, MT; and grandson Sebastian Godfrey, Front Royal, VA; Also Lee leaves great-grandson Ohren Godfrey, Knoxville, TN; great-granddaughter Hunter Godfrey, great-grandson Travler Godfrey, Wailuku, HI; great-grandson Kaiden Hummel; great-granddaughter Bexliegh Hummel; and great-granddaughter Graclynn Hummel, Great Falls, MT; sweet loving K-9 daughter Jenny Dachi, Woodbridge, VA. “Lee would like to let you know that her work here is done. She received an important call, a sort of an offer you can’t refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with her husband Stephen Dachi, family and friends she has not seen in a long time. Job security is exactly 110 percent. She has been training for this position a longtime. Her new mission takes her to a wonderful place where she will be playing bridge, socializing, dancing, gardening and reading mystery novels to her heart’s content. Music, laughter, manicures, and love are guaranteed. Food is delicious and you never gain an ounce. She left detailed instructions for her son, daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren to celebrate her mission here, which has now been completed. Low adherence to this instruction will not be tolerated.” Service will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd., Woodbridge, VA 22192 at Saturday, April 27.
