Thomas James Rooney, 19, of Lake Ridge, VA passed away September 6, 2019 at MCV Hospital, Richmond, VA. He was enrolled as a college student at VA Commonwealth University. He is survived by his wife Kaylee Walton, parents Todd and Kelly Rooney, brother John Rooney and brother Patrick Rooney.
