Obituary for Mark D. Higgins

Of Prince George, Virginia died on August 1, 2010.
He is survived by his parents Francis and Grace Higgins of Albany, NY. He is also survived by his beloved daughters; Rachel Higgins of Alexandria, VA, Laura Higgins of Woodbridge, VA, and Rebecca Higgins, of Manassas, VA; one brother of McLean, VA and one sister Grace Mueller of Altamont, NY. One Grandson Aaden Rogers survives him as well as numerous friends and family members.  Friends and Family may visit Miller Funeral Home; 3200 Golansky Blvd. Woodbridge, VA on Thursday, August 5th, from 6-8 PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the Miller Chapel on Friday, August 6th at 10:30am. An interment will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park, Fairfax, VA.
