On Thursday, November 3, 2011, Helen passed away at Spring Arbor Assisted Living in Kill Devil Hills, NC, (Formerly of Lake Ridge in Woodbridge, VA). Born November 30, 1923, in Marlborough, MA, to the late Julius and Helen "Coyne" Semasko.

Helen and husband, Paul C. Raubeson, Sr. (deceased) moved to Virginia in 1964. Helen retired as an executive secretary for the Defense Logistics Agency in 1991.

Helen is survived by daughter, Carol Leon (Sonny) of Kill Devil Hills, son Paul C. Raubeson, Jr. of Woodstock, GA, Grandson Nick Leon (Maggie), great grandson Marcus Leon of Woodbridge, VA, niece Gale McGregor (Doug) of Woodbridge, VA, niece Barbara Cook (Tom) of Billerica, MA, nephew Tom Sikorski (Frances) of Houston, TX, and a host of other relatives and friends.
