Of Colonial Beach, VA, died Monday, Jan. 16, 2012 in Manassas. She was born in Sophia, WV, on April 10, 1930. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Rowe, and daughter, Sheila Anne Pugh.

Mrs. Rowe is survived by her daughter, Sandra Monroe of Dale City, five grandchildren; Kari Pugh of Lake Ridge, Brian Monroe and his wife Erin, of Williston, VT; Casey Pugh and his wife Leslie, of Lake Ridge; Keith Monroe and his wife Melissa of Gastonia, N.C., and Jillian Begemen and her husband Micheal, of Manassas.

She is also survived by a brother, Donald Adams, of Westminister, MD, and sister, Janet Cox of Sophia, WV, as well as five great grandchildren -- Madeline, Natalie, Jonathan, Ella and Andrew, with another great-grandson on the way.

A memorial service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd., Woodbridge, Va., 22192. Mrs. Rowe with be interred with her husband at Quantico National Cemetery.
